One tubing set with 3 adapters--one to connect to the New Pump in Style Maxflow Breast Pump, two to connect to two breastshields/flanges. Although this product does not look the same as Medela's OEM tubing set.
 
Spectra Tubing Set is compatible with S1/S2, Synergy Gold breastpumps. Not original Spectra pump parts. Includes one complete set of replacement tubing (2 tubes).
