Your comfort and pumping efficiency are our top priority. If your flange or insert is not fitting properly, please email us at contact@thegentlenestco.com. Katie will personally assist you in determining the best size for optimal milk expression. If we determine that your original item is not the best fit, you will receive a 50% off discount code toward a better-fitting replacement.
Up to four (4) items per order are eligible.
The 50% discount applies only to the item(s) that did not provide an optimal pumping experience.
The discount code is valid for 7 days from the date it is issued.
Due to the personal and hygienic nature of breast pump parts, used or opened items cannot be returned.
Unopened items in original packaging are eligible for a full refund or exchange for store credit.
Please contact us within 30 days of receipt to initiate a return or exchange for unopened items.

The biggest difference we see in our clients' success with flange fit is in how the nipples are measured.
The best fit is always the one that is most comfortable and results in a softer breast after pumping. While we aim for an increase in the amount of milk you pump, as well as potentially reducing the time spent pumping, these goals are specific to each individual who is lactating.
We recommend using a measuring tape with millimeters (if you have one with centimeters only, add 10 to the number--i.e., 1.2 cm is 12 mm). Measure only the face of your nipple (see graphic), and do not add millimeters to your final size*!

If measuring for a wearable pump's flange inserts, we recommend adding 1 millimeter due to the nature of silicone and potential for compression.
